Station 23, was alerted to a two vehicle MVC on 141 S.B. over top of I95. Upon arrival, one patient was being transported to Christiana Hospital with minor injuries as R-23's crew checked out the vehicles. The two vehicles had managed to collide sending both vehicles off into the right hand shoulder. 23-8 (Chief Young) placed the scene under control @ 17:02
