Alerted Station 23 for an MVC with entrapment. On A-23's arrival, confirmed negative entrapment with one patient at the scene and the driver fled. R-23 assisted with traffic control. Driver of the vehicle was found by DSP about 40 minutes later. A-23 & B-17 each transported one to Christiana Hospital. R-23 cleared, turning the scene over to Delmarva Power.
