Squad Runs 28 Building Fire

On 04/17/2018 just after 0400hrs, Station 23 was alerted for an engine to assist Station 28 (Wilmington Manor) on a commercial structure fire, Squad 23 responded. Just prior to the arrival of responding units, a fireboard relayed that a memeber from Delaware City was on scene reporting fire showing and subjects trapped.  Squad 23 arrived, secured a water supply, and stretched an attack line into the building.  Squad 23 extinguished the fire in the building as other units effected rescues via ladders, and the interior stairs.  Squad 23 operated for around 1 hour before being released by command.
