Crash With Entrapment

On 09/04/2019 just after 0600hrs, Station 23 along with NCC Paramedics were dispatched to the 900 block of Boxwood Road for an MVC with reported entrapment. Rescue, Ambulance, Utility, and Chief 23 responded.  As units were responding, additional information was received reporting that one of the vehicles was possibly on fire, adding Engine 30 and Squad 14 (On the Road).  Units arrived to find one subject trapped and worked quickly to extricate them.  Two patients were subsequently transported to a local Trauma Center.
